With an Full Circle Inspection account, you benefit from the start with online booking. You will access sample and inspection reports by downloading them. You will tract the Inspection Status and manage the production of your order from start to finish. You can manage all inspections quickly and easily.

What notice do I have to give Full Circle Inspection prior to inspection?

We usually need to receive your booking at least 2 to 5 days prior to the requested inspection date. The sooner you let us know of your need, the better we will prepare for it. We are flexible to meet any need you have and we can accommodate client requests on a much shorter notice. Contact us directly for more information on immediate needs.

Do we need to send you an approved sample?

It is not compulsory to send us a reference sample, but it may be a good decision. For some complexly designed products, an approved sample will assist our inspectors and gives better initial results. We do recommend that you provide us with as much information as possible on the production specifications when you place your order online. If you would like to send us a sample, we recommend you leave the sealed sample in the factory.

Which areas do your inspectors cover?

Full Circle Inspection has more than 50 qualified inspectors in our team and therefore can meet needs in the following provinces: Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Province, Fujian Province and Jiangsu Province, as well as many other cities in China. For quality assurance, China inspectors can meet many of your demands.

When do I receive the inspection report?

You will receive a detailed report within 24 hours after the inspection is performed unless there are unavoidable problems. A short inspection report can be provided within 1 to 6 hours after the inspection, upon your request. For factor and social audit services, Full Circle Inspection will do the analysis and evaluation of the factory as soon as possible. To achieve high-level results, this does take 2 working days to prepare the report for you.

What is the $238 fee? What does it include?

The all-inclusive fee of $238 per man-day includes all administrative costs, the inspection preparation, the report verification, the electronic database, the inspector's transportation, meals and accommodation expenses.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a very reasonable, low rate that offers a good value for your money. Clients that order in larger volumes who require more than 10 inspections each month have a bulk rate available to them. For all clients, even small clients our Full Circle Package is priced at $699, which includes three man days inspection on each state of production, normally including IPC, DUPRO and PSI or DUPRO, PSI and CLC.
