Initial Production Check (IPC)

During the Initial Production Check phase of quality assurance, we take a hands on approach to insure all goods are manufactured to meet client standards. By working with you on the initial stages of production, the production process starts flawlessly. After the first run, thorough inspections are completed again, to insure any deviations are detected and improvements made immediately.

The IPC provides a snapshot of this initial phase. Typically, it will report on stocks of raw materials or components, any current production problems, daily production rates, and the finished product quality.

During Production Check (DUPRO)

At 20% of the order completion, the production line is inspected. The DUPRO verifies initial discrepancies found during the IPC have been corrected, if any. Each stage of the assembly process is analyzed. Samples of goods are taken at this time for quality checking. The DUPRO provides thorough feedback to the factory soon enough for any changes to be made to keep production on time.

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)

The PSI is performed prior to the shipment of the finished product and includes a sampling inspection. Production samples are drawn randomly when they are packed for shipment. A comprehensive inspection will be conducted at this time, which will insure that all pre-designed specifications and sampling requirements have been met. The sampling is derived from the inspection level requested in accordance with MIL-STD-105E (ISO2859-1), to ensure our clients are getting what they paid for.

This inspection focuses specifically on product quantity, workmanship, color, dimension, weight, labeling, packing, shipping marks, safety on-site tests and the client's customized protocol. We work with you to sort out defect items with the factory.

Container Loading Check (CLC)

During the CLC, our quality assurance China team performs inspections of the finished packed goods, as they are loaded to ensure correct products are loaded in a safe and secure manner.

This quality inspection service is offered at the manufacturer's premises, warehouse or forwarder during containerization. The CLC ensures products are shipped in proper condition and in their entirety. When the lot is shipped by container, we first examine the container itself for cleanliness and safety. Then, we monitor the stuffing operation especially making sure that cartons are securely stacked and that all products are properly handled. At this time, a mini product inspection is performed in accordance with Sampling Level S3.

Production Monitoring (PM)

The production monitoring opportunity allows for a quality inspector to be sent to your factory daily, for any given period of time, and provides you with a daily report including production photo, quality and progress inspections. This service allows you to have an inspection program for several days, weeks or months at a time. It allows you to keep a close eye on production and allows you to better manage the demands of your supplier. Our quality assurance China team works closely at each stage.

Full Production Inspection (FPI)

The Full Production Inspection is designed to allow clients who have highly valued products produced in small quantities to have a full view of the production. Our inspector will perform inspections on every product produced. This guarantees results for your business.
